The former international Kevin Kuranyi cares about the relegated-threatened football Bundesliga club VfB Stuttgart, for which he ran between 2001 and 2005.
The former striker criticized the compilation of the squad in a “Sky” interview: “In this team, the axis lacks experienced players who show the way that how on the table and also louder in the square.”
He had at his time at the VfB with Marcelo Bordon, Zvonimir Soldo and Krassimir Balakow Routinians.
“When it got tight, you looked at them. They showed us the way,” Kuranyi said. The current power carriers are not comparable to the supports of that time, the 39-year-old.
The VfB is currently on the penultimate table. Nevertheless, those responsible for Kevins director Sven Mislinat and Chief Executive Board Thomas Hitzlsperger preserve the rest.
Kuranyi finds, on the one hand good, coach Pellegrino Matarazzo to pronounce confidence. But “you have to be louder too. You also have to know as a player, trainer and club that you have to score. With this peace does not work,” says Kuranyi.
